On the afternoon of July 2, a delegation led by Mr. Shan Chengbiao, General Manager of Huanqiu.com, visited the UNESCO International Research and Training Centre for Rural Education (INRULED). The two sides exchanged views on issues such as education for sustainable rural development and international communication empowering rural education, and reached preliminary cooperation intentions.

During the meeting, Prof. Zhou Zuoyu, Director of INRULED, briefly introduced the centre’s key priorities and future plans. He noted that INRULED has long been committed to promoting transformation in rural areas of developing countries through research and advocacy, education and training, and knowledge management, in support of the Education 2030 goals. Mr. Shan Chengbiao presented the development history and business landscape of Huanqiu.com, and expressed that the media platform attaches great importance to international communication in the education sector and is ready to leverage its media strengths to help disseminate rural education concepts and facilitate their practical application.
The visit further enhanced mutual understanding of each other’s work and laid a foundation for future cooperation in project publicity, international communication, brand building, and other areas.
