During the conference’s core session, Impact Junction, Dr. Qi highlighted INRULED’s achievements over the past three decades in advancing rural education and entrepreneurship capacity development. He also introduced INRULED’s flagship initiative, Learning Villages in a Digital Era (LVDE), a project designed to empower sustainable rural development through education. The LVDE initiative proposes a 5A Strategy(Access, Ability, Application, Alliance, and Assessment) to create an integrated framework spanning needs assessment, strategic planning, and equity and inclusion. The project is currently engaging in active collaboration discussions with education authorities and higher education institutions in Southeast Asia and Africa, with preliminary frameworks established in areas such as joint research, policy dialogue, capacity building, and resource sharing.
