On June 16, a delegation led by Prof. Li Jiacheng, Executive Vice President from the Shanghai Institute for Lifelong Education, visited the UNESCO International Research and Training Centre for Rural Education (INRULED).

Dr. Zhao highlighted INRULED's achievements over the past three decades in rural education, skills development, teacher training, digital empowerment, and women's education. Prof. Li shared the Institute's experiences in adult education, community education, and education for sustainable development. Both sides agreed to strengthen cooperation in rural lifelong learning, with plans for joint work on sustainable development education and rural community learning centres through resource sharing, research, and international exchange.
