On the afternoon of July 24, Mr. Ye Jian, Chair of the Institute of International Organisations and Global Governance (IOG), led a delegation to visit the UNESCO International Research and Training Centre for Rural Education (INRULED).

During the meeting, Dr. Zhao Yuchi, Executive Director of INRULED, introduced the INRULED’s key initiatives in youth development, including promoting youth participation in rural sustainable development through education, fostering global competence among students, and implementing youth empowerment projects in collaboration with partner institutions. Mr. Ye Jian highlighted IOG’s major practices and achievements in advancing youth diplomacy and facilitating international dialogue and exchange among young people.

The two parties held in-depth discussions on topics such as youth capacity building and co-organizing international youth events, and reached initial consensus on several areas of cooperation.
