With the theme “National Qualifications Frameworks for Lifelong Learning and Skills Development”, the 2013 Asia-Pacific Regional Conference on Community Learning Centres was held during 19-21 June, 2013 in Bangkok, Thailand. It brought together more than 500 regional experts, policy makers, educationalists, Ministry officials, researchers, civil society representatives and other stakeholders from several Asia-Pacific countries. Ms. Zhang Dian, Research Associate, participated in this conference representing INRULED.

The conference placed high issues on four significant key terms - National Qualifications Frameworks (NQFs), Community Learning Centres (CLCs), Lifelong Learning and Skills Development. Ms. Zhang Dian was invited to facilitate the session with the theme “Global Trends on Youth, Employment and Skills Development”.
